The shop owner is awesome anytime I reach out to her. I lost one of my nails on another set, and she made me a new one, and sent it along with my order. She did a purple web for me and they are just so beautiful and well made. This is the only shop I buy nails from anymore. My cat Ghost confirmed nail scratchies are good.
