Because every nail set is custom handmade to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Color variations between screens
• Improper application or removal

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
